Comprised of representatives from federal agencies and heads of all regional jurisdictions in the Anacostia Watershed, the Leadership Council provides policy, vision and leadership to the Steering and Management Committees. The Council creates an avenue for dialog between these major entities which allows better facilitation of restoration efforts.
